YENI ILETISIM sells NEW, UNUSED,GENUNIE, IN FACTORY PACKING* products only. Rejects  fake, copy, duplicate products. If the delivery is requested in factory packing, the   number of packing must be ordered.

There are two discount option on YENI ILETISIM. One is for qty you buy, the amount you buy increases the discount rate. 2nd one is on cart.  You may get extra discount according to your cart volume.

You will earn promotion on each buying. You can use promotions on next order.

Used promotion can not be more than %10 of ordering amount.

BUSINESS AGENT is not authorised  to collect payment by cash or credit card or any other way. Payments to BUSINESS AGENT shall not be deemed to be made to YENI ILETISIM.

BUSINESS AGENT is not authorised  to sign contract. The document signed by BUSINESS AGENT on behalf of YENI ILETISIM is not valid.

Please check the packaging for damage. If there is any damage, please take a photo, keep a record, sign with the courier and do not accept the package.

Please compare the package list and package number. Keep a record if there are differences, sign together with the courier and do not accept packages.

The warranty terms of the manufacturer apply.

Orders are not cancellable and not returnable.

Bank fees outside TR is belong to buyer.

L/C must be confirmed by a first class international bank. L/C fees outside TR is belong to buyer.

The total amount must be paid before shipment. YENI ILETISIM will not be liable if the transaction has not been processed within 7 days after the balance has been reported. Weekly storage fee might be reflected.

This Agreement is subject to Turkiye law and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Turkiye courts in respect of any dispute.
